Race 2 - Nurburgring GP Short GP - 25 laps

Date: Saturday November 12, 2011

Start Time: 9:00 P.M. ET U.S.

Track: Nurburgring GP Short - Mid Afternoon

There will be a mandatory pit stop between laps 3 and 23.

How are you liking Skyrim so far? I'm going to get it myself but think I'll wait til Xmas. It looks pretty sweet from the trailers.

Tough luck Popolac... I think you, DJ, and Lothar all lagged out at the same time. Sad Second week and the second time my wheel died in the race. Went from 6th to last just like that. I thought to myself good thing that at least it died on the straight this time and got it restarted pretty quick. But yet another twist of bad luck... when I restarted it, the communication between my pedals and my wheel were botched and the gas pedal kept cutting out. After running 3 laps and losing 4 to 6 seconds a lap I almost bailed. But instead I pitted and restarted the wheel a second time and everything was good after that. (Except for the fact that I was nearly a lap down by the time I got it sorted out). Somehow, I still managed to enjoy the racing. I'm going to get through one race in this series without glitches.... I can feel it!

Yeah bummer indeed.... one minute you were there and then... you weren't. We lost a total of 4 this week unfortunately.

Made my way from the back all the way up to around 4th and got spun by someone. Ended up in the middle of the track spinning and got tagged by every car as they tried to squeeze by. I felt like Madonna with my dress pulled up and no panties on...everyone got a piece as they went by. Very lucky to make my way back to 2nd in this one!
