Race 4 - Road Atlanta

Race 4:

Date - July 9, 2011

Track - Road Atlanta - 25 Laps

Car - Seat Leon Supercup

No Upgrades / No Tuning

Qualifying:

Qualifying Lobby assignments and Host Procedures can be found HERE

Qualifying will begin at PROMPLY at 9:00pm EST - so please be online and ready to go.

Qualifying will be 5 laps, laps 1-4 are flying laps and lap 5 is a cool down lap so that the host can get everyones fastest lap.

Race:

Please be patient while we are sorting qualifying times. Please remain online as this will expedite the process once everything is sorted. Once we are done you will receive an invite from your race lobby host.

Starts will be a rolling start in a staggered side by side formation, at 60 MPH, at the beginning of Lap 2.

Mandatory pit stop between laps 3 and 23.

Restarts may occur if a driver lags out on the first lap, or 3 or more drivers are involved in the same incident in the first lap. Number of restarts are limited to 3.

At the end of the race each lobby host will post the results of his lobby, along with the fastest lap.

More then likely won't be back in time for this one. Will be at Laguna Seca all day for the grand-am race.

Now that seriously sucks! Good luck getting stuff back together.

Road Atlanta saw MOPAR get out to an early lead and hold off a challenge from the back by Redneck while Insanity and Onabreak diced it out just behind. Mikem had an early power failure and fell through the pack like a stone and eventually retired. Viper after loosing the draft of the leaders and having to go it alone couldn't shake Boss Hamster despite running consistent laps. Neo after an excellent qualifying run to get into the A lobby made one too many mistakes and fell off the pace to finish 7th. All in all a good race which saw Team Foyt put its stamp on the final with 3 participants to hold off Team Andretti.

WTF, only 11 show up for this race.very dissapointing guys.

im sorry i missed this race, havent been sleeping recently and lost track of what day i was on, i thought it was thursday, which is why i wasnt online for the stock car aswell :S i do appologise..

I think I stated before I can't do Saturday nights anymore, sorry if I didn't make that clear, when I signed up I really thought I could but then things changed shortly afterward.

Sorry fellas, just got back from Michigan. We were supposed to be back yesterday, but things got ontop of us. It was a family gathering and I had no choice really. Now it is the summer, things get a little dicey on Saturday nights, but I plan on trying to make the rst of the races.

Wow! Nice duel guys! Wish we had more in the lobby for you. Summers and Saturday certainly can get busy. We appreciate the heads up from drivers that can't make it.

Early warning, I will be in NYC all next weekend (missing both Stockcar and the Seat Supercup series). Asteroid - Redneck will need your support on Saturday night as we are battling to keep our podium in the team championship!

I plan on being there Viper, and hopefully,.......helping the cause.

Your 100% right Strumlord, Sorry to here what happend. I was just frustrated because i practiced alot for this race on one of my favorite tracks and totally blew my q session.

I was just hoping there would be more than 1 full lobby, but i know it is summer and there is alot going on other than this on saturday nights.

I hope no one thinks i was calling them out because that is not the case and i am sorry if i came accross like that.
