Lobby Hosts / Host Procedures

We need as many hosts as possible, to insure we have all lobbies covered. There will be a Lead Host that will provide step by step instructions, to all hosts, on setting up the lobbies.

Qualifying Host Instructions:

Be online 15 minutes prior to start time. We will have a lead host and 3 support hosts. The lead will set up a Party chat 15 minutes prior to the start and will get all other hosts into the party. From there the lobbies will be set up and all invites sent out. We will sort any connection issues in the party chat, and shuffle racers as required to get everyone in. Do not start qualifying until the lead host says go. Qualifying is 4 laps total, 1 up to speed lap and 3 flying laps.

At the end of the qualifying, please collect Qualifying Times of all drivers in your lobby. Promply give your results to the Lead Host.

From there the lobbies will be set up and all invites sent out. We will sort any connection issues in the party chat, and shuffle racers as required to get everyone in. Do not start your race until the lead host says go.

At the end of the race, please collect the finishing order of all drivers in your lobby, and the fastest lap from your lobby. Promply give your results to the Lead Host, or post in the current race's thread.

Sorry guys, I am just not able to race as often as I thought I would be able to on Saturday nights. The wife keeps trying to spend time with me and stuff, and it is really interfering with my racing schedule.

I will not be racing in this series anymore. Thank you for the opportunity to drive this pig of a chevy, it was more fun than anticipated. Best of luck to Qbert and the rest of the AAR crew.
