This is the same night as vm stockhatch about to start soon, not sure signups will be strong. I would sign up but can't with that in the near future.

ive moved the race to thursday nights, if thats good. im working on changing the sceduale

Ooh Stockhatch hell yeah I'm up for that, When's that starting up Xess and can you leak any details of cars and tracks m8?

It'll be normal stockhatch times at 2000 est. Unfortunately I'm unable to release any info.

Thursday is VM Spec Series 2 race night.at 8PM Eastern.
Tuesday or Friday would be a better night for me if I decide to race.

Since the series will not start untill the end of June and you have two 12 race Sessions and a 6 race Chase planned, this might last too long into the year for a lot of racers.

Maybe a 1 session series of 12 - 14 plus a chase of 6 -8 would be better.
What about the Indianapolis Speedway? No Indy, no racey for me.
Throw out Road Atlanta Club. It is too short. It's worse than Infineon for passing.

I think that a car build of PI 800 with no restrictions of upgrades and tuning would be very ibteresting and challenging for all racers.
I would have Restricted cars of NO upgrades allowed, but with tuning allowed. These cars can get up to 214 on the Sunset Speedway and would have enough speed on the shorter tracks.

8 racers in a Lobby is not enough. There needs to be at least 12 - 14, depending on how many entrants.

Too many racers get discouraged and leave the races due to damage. Maybe a Cosmetic damage series would be more fun and competitive.
A good Stock Car Series could be used to get more racers interested in NASCAR style racing.

I would like to see some of the top Oval Leaderboard racers taking part in a well organized Stock car Series.

These are some important suggestions that I would like to see implemented.
You should contact Turn 10 to get Prizes for the Series. they will even give a Unicorn car to the 1st place winner.
Since GLR had prizes from Turn 10 in the VM Stock Car Series, a FMC Series should have the same.

Looking forward to a great Stock Car Series if possible.

Thats tomcat im ging to put all of that into account! as you can see im kinda new on running a series, and the only reason i put it on thursday afternoons was because i thought that vm was going to make another stockcar series. im trying and learning im going to start changing everything. the only thing is, is that i have to get someone to help me with the upgrades for the cars.

I'm not sure Friday nights are the best bet. FMC hosted it before VM came online. From how Redneck and Viper explained it, the NASCAR series, was going to be at VM. Not sure why you're doing this. It is what it is, I suppose.

I hate when people get on here and try to destroy someone elses idea.

Have at it Beast!!! This is your thing and I say run with it. Don't worry about what the critics say, they are just trying to preserve their series.

RUN WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT! If people show up they will have a blast. If not, they missed out.

Just laying out suggestions lothar. We all like stock car racing and want to see any series succeed. No need to degrade comments. With the time scheduled just saying there may not be a strong showing due to vm events at or around the same times.

Maybe it will bring in a new crowd though...We don't always need the same guys running the same series.

What night is the VM Stockhatch?

I suppose that may be. Stockhatch 8 pm est on Mondays.

Signed up. Lets have some good ole' fashion fun. Maybe have signups use only one car instead of picking between one or the other every race. Since these cars are very competitive in FM4 it would be interesting to see the outcome.

That has been what I was waiting for all along, the Nascar series to have you pick a car and stick with it like real racing. Seeing as it is now on Tuesday night I will be joining in as well, I would not have been able to run during the day on Thursday.

Tuesday night is the best time to run this series.
I would like to see more new people get involved in another Stock Car Series.

Fridays is not always a good time to be racing in any series, since a lot of people do other things on Friday night.
If VM runs another Stock Car Series that I like on Fridays, I will run it.
I just think the 75% rule is not a good idea that encourages people to stay in the race or series.

I will try to encourage more people to run on Tuesday night.
Have you contacted Turn 10 to supply Prizes?
Check with Viper and Lothar on how to do this.
This series could end up more popular than the Friday night series

Maybe there should be some "Rookies" prizes.
