lol i dont really get on until tonight over the weekend so by tonight ill do some laps and post just wana see what i run and see if its comparable

i hear around 1.09 to 1.10s might be a good lap

10.3 is the best I see on the LB. I suck at this track so I'm running about 1 sec slower.

Well I was struggling to get mid 13's. I was plowing into turns and losing grip on exit... ran like 20 laps and couldn't get clean laps without really being careful... that was when I discovered I still had racing slicks installed on the car...

dosnt this car come with racing slicks viper, afterall. it is a racing car !

Sorry... I meant the drag slicks. I had tested the car for the VM nurburgring series which uses drag slicks. They are a pain in the rear to make turn.

There is a very high probability that I will not make it this evening, sorry. I am having some issues with my cable/internet/phone and have repair coming between 5 & 7 my time so I may not be able to participate as they may be working on my service when race time arrives. If I am not on-line you will know why.

Well, unfortunately I did miss the race but with burst speeds up to 75 M and throughput results like this....

If anyone else is using a single modem which you rent from the cable company to handle both Internet and Telephone, call them and complain. The tech told me that one modem cannot handle the job, he gave me a second better modem to handle the internet which actually interfaces via 1 GB ethernet, if you have that ability in your router, mine does. The tech said in the hundred or so intalls of the new modem he had NEVER seen the connection light turn blue, it is always orange. But once they de-converged the phone and internet and setup the new modem things are rocking!!

apologies to insanity for accidentally clipping him when I was trying to go past. I'm about as irritated as I've been playing FM4, just generally pushing the issue too much and sim steering bit me in the ass. Congrats to Mikem on putting the Audi on top!

Next week though, even though Sedona is a stupid track for these cars, plan on seeing a Merc on top.

That sucks Diablo, but probably the only way Audi can win.

Perhaps this week I spoke too soon. Had I not spun and clipped Insanity none of that would have happened. But, that's why the races are run, because anything can happen.

Relish in your success Shooter, next week I'll be much more motivated than normal

I don't think fault can be put anywhere. We were racing hard and I dropped my left side tires which caused the car to dart. Just hard racing in my eyes. Oh and I think an Audi will win the last race.

we will see about that audi victory insanity, and diablo, you better work hard next week, one of my favs

Ironically this is normally my best track, so that means, I will take a finish from you Shooter at Sedona. No matter what. And Insanity, the Audi should be really strong at Hockenheim, and I look forward to a drafting battle there!
It's too bad that the car darted like that. I had little grip because I had been in your draft so I was further outside than I wanted. Still was 3 seconds out from Mikem at the end... Ran like 3 1:09.5's...

Also, apologies on running it in on Chadillac. I didn't think I was close enough but he brakes earlier than I expected so I was there

Boy that was frustrating... not sure what is wrong but by my last lap, I couldn't shift gears and get the clutch to disengage. I would just rev the engine and double shift up and down trying to get it to go into gear which would eventually work. But then I'd have to start all over again once I had to shift gears again.
