Welcome To The Bernese Alps Club Reverse
Whether it’s the tight turns or the breathtaking scenery, mountain passes and fast cars seem
to play well together. In that spirit, the Bernese Alps distills the ultimate high-altitude driving
experience into a state-of-the-art road course the equal of the world’s greatest circuits. This
track was inspired by the mystique and challenge of the passes nestled among the highest
mountain range in Europe, threading the coursealong old mountain access roads, through tunnels
cut into living rock, under craggy glacier studded summits, past a luxury ski resort, and down to
a quintessentially Swiss mountain town. The course is offered in three challenging configurations.
There’s the full Festival Circuit, the Stadplatz variant, and the shorter Club Circuit. The primary
characteristic of Bernese Alps is the overwhelmingsensation of speed. The tarmac is wide and
forgiving, allowing you to stay on the track whilemaintaining a fast clip; throughout much of the
course, you’ll be at full throttle. Despite all the room between the rumble strips, you’ll have to
exercise exceptional control to hit the apexes perfectly. Taken as a whole, the Alps course
provides the awesome rush of velocity for any racer, but exceptional challenges for those
working on honing their Forza skills.

Qualifying:
For Race 1 only we will be having a qualifying session just before the actual race.
Qualifying will consist of 1 up to speed lap, followed by 3 hot laps. On lap 5
please stop and let the Host collect all the lap times.

Race 1:
Participants will recieve an invite from their Race Lobby Host shortly after qualifying.
Depending on the number of attendees, the Race Lobbies will be have between 8
and 16 drivers each and are set to a Random Grid Lineup. The start will be a standing
start at the green. Restarts may occur if at least 2 drivers lag out on the first lap,
or 3 or more drivers wreck on the first lap. Number of restarts are limited to 3.
Race will be 25 laps. There will be a mandatory pit stop between laps 3 and 23.
The finishing order depends on the number of lobbies we have competing. Finishing
order is determined by Driver's Total Race Times for multiple lobbies, and by actual
finishing positions for only 1 lobby.

Face can't make it, so depending on how many show I am going to be calling on some help from the Back Up Hosts tonight! If less than 16 show...I got it...no problemmo.

Well restored a little faith in myself tonight... 5 laps practice before qualifying and not surprisingly qualified essentially last. Started last but found a rhythm during the race though after figuring out what gear to be in... settled in behind Evil Wrong for a bit til he made a small error which let me underneath. Then way off in the distance I fixed on Stang... man I chased and chased and chased his car. finally got within striking distance and he pushed a tad out scrapped the wall and let me through. Then if only Onabreak and Sponge had diced it up a tad more it could have gotten real interesting. They looked like they were having too much fun and not realizing that Stang and I were closing fast. In the end a good race... all except Midnite and Stang pipped me for fast lap! well done dudes.

Anything for fast lap in the lobby?? That was my PB certified lap time on that track with that car.

Yup. That was a good time Midnite and its worth a bonus point. I was running very well seeing green time checks lap after lap and thought for sure I was going to get the fast lap since I had bettered my PB by about 2 seconds by the end... then I saw your time and thought damn... that was clippin along.

Cool, I didn't know I was going for an extra point. Seeing as I had only ran about 5 laps of pratice until about 1/2 hour before race time I did pretty good, If I could have stayed off the wall and outta other cars bumpers I might have finished higher as well. Guess I will practice more for the next run. (hopefully)
