IROC Challenge Details
The IROC Challenge is a points-based series, consisting of 8 races on mostly Oval tracks.
The Car:
The car is the 1990 Chevy IROC Z, fully tunable.
Car Build:
Engine(849HP)--Install the Chevy Stock Car Engine, then install the race intake and race carb. Do not remove the restrictor plate...keep it stock.
Platform--Install all race upgrades in every category
Driveline--Install all race upgrades in every category
Aero--Install all race upgrades in every category and install the aftermarket hood
Tires and Wheels--Install race tire compound, max tire widths, and any size and make wheel.
Paint:
The car may be painted with any livery, but must have the IROC Challenge Number Plate on the left and right side of the car, and the number plates must have the drivers FMC# in it. The free IROC Challenge number plate can be found at the "FMC 2010" Storefront (Search for FMC IROC in vinyl groups). You can have big "Nascar style" numbers, just make sure the FMC Number plate is on both sides somewhere. Teams must run the same livery.
The Schedule:
Races are 8:00 P.M. CST U.S. every Saturday

Race Details:
Participants will recieve an invite from their pre-designated qualifying host around 8:00 PM CST.
There will be a 4 lap qualifyer to determine starting positions, 1 up to speed lap and 3 flying laps. Lobbies will then be sorted based on qualifying times.
The races will begin with a 1 lap sorting lap to get all cars in the proper order. The race start will be a 80 MPH rolling start at the beginning of Lap 2. Lineup will be 2 by 2(Nascar Style) and the start will be called out by the Pole Sitter(3,2,1,Go). Restarts may occur if at least 1 driver lags out on the first lap, or 3 or more drivers wreck on the first lap. Number of restarts are limited to 3.
There will be a mandatory pit stop between laps 3 & 32 in a 35 lap race, and between laps 3 and 47 for a 50 lap race.
Points Table:
Note: We will be dropping each driver's worst finish. Final Points Standings will be based on each driver's best 7 finishes out of 8. This will allow each driver to miss 1 race in the series.

Is there an official caution if a crash happens?

We are discussing this, stay tuned.
Re: IROC Challenge Details
Hm there would be a little problem, if we will run cosmetic damage and have official cautions:
For example, on the IFCA Stock Car Series, nobody wants to cause a caution, because his car would be damaged.
But if we have cosmetic damage, and somebody would get an advantage if there is an official caution, he could simply cause one and get the advantage.
Are there MS points to win?

It happens in real life too, without cosmetic damage.

Yes Sir, aero is permitted. I have updated the OP with all the required upgrades, sorry for the confusion.

What should be the PI for this car? I'm not sure I built it to where it should be.

Final PI will be different from car to car as you are free to choose which rims you run, and the weight of the rims affects PI, I will give you the PI range that is appropriate for the build a little later, I need to load up Forza again and check it out. I've been playing Blur recently and reaching Legendary Status in that game took some work!
Re: IROC Challenge Details
I believe everybody will run the best rims? Power > coolness. A powerful car is more important than the lookin' for me. I wont run DUB Rims in this race LOL

Re: IROC Challenge Details
I can send the build to anyone who would like it. I sent you the correct build the second time Neo, I had forgotten to add the areo on the first one.

Since we are running cosmetic damage, there are no cautions.
Re: IROC Challenge Details
Looks like for me cant do the first race =(

Is it possible to hire a sub driver for this one race?

Hate you cannot make the race b0x, we understand. Good luck at the WCG!!. Missing a race won't hurt you in the points though because we drop your worst finish, you just can't miss any more races!
