Race 5 - LeMans Bugatti

Race 5:

Date - July 16, 2011

Track - LeMans Bugatti - 25 Laps

Car - Seat Leon Supercup

No Upgrades / No Tuning

Qualifying:

Qualifying Lobby assignments and Host Procedures can be found HERE

Qualifying will begin at PROMPLY at 9:00pm EST - so please be online and ready to go.

Qualifying will be 5 laps, laps 1-4 are flying laps and lap 5 is a cool down lap so that the host can get everyones fastest lap.

Race:

Please be patient while we are sorting qualifying times. Please remain online as this will expedite the process once everything is sorted. Once we are done you will receive an invite from your race lobby host.

Starts will be a rolling start in a staggered side by side formation, at 60 MPH, at the beginning of Lap 2.

Mandatory pit stop between laps 3 and 23.

Restarts may occur if a driver lags out on the first lap, or 3 or more drivers are involved in the same incident in the first lap. Number of restarts are limited to 3.

At the end of the race each lobby host will post the results of his lobby, along with the fastest lap.

What kind of lap times are you guys running?

I ran some laps in a qual practice and was getting 49s to mid 50s. Bad thing here it's easy to lose 2 laps in qual.

Well.... was on my way to my 1st podium(div 2?), since switching to a wheel, then with 2 laps to go my wheel dissconects from my xbox and won't reconnect as everyone drives passed me.Makes me want to throw this thing out the f***in window.Oh well ,at least i am starting to feel more comfortible with it. see you next week guys.

Bummer! Yeah I had this happen once at Nurburgring GP was in 2nd and finished 8th. I have taken to hard connecting it as a precaution but it only happened once.

redneck, sorry I missed the race. Got back from NYC at 9:35 EDT... missed it by that much.

I started laughing when the lagout happened. See you guys next week.

I am so sorry to let team Andretti down....but weekend racing just isn't fitting in with real life. I can't make next week either due to my brother in laws 50th birthday. Now the summer is here, social things are happening and well......they supercede my racing time.

So sorry guys, I hate letting anyone down, but life and the wife intervene at weekends.

No worries Viper and Asteroid, real life comes first.
