Race 1:

Date - June 11, 2011

Track - Sebring Club - 25 Laps

Car - Seat Leon Supercup

No Upgrades / No Tuning

Qualifying:

Qualifying Lobby assignments and Host Procedures can be found HERE

Qualifying will begin at PROMPLY at 9:00pm EST - so please be online and ready to go.

Qualifying will be 5 laps, laps 1-4 are flying laps and lap 5 is a cool down lap so that the host can get everyones fastest lap.

Race:

Please be patient while we are sorting qualifying times. Please remain online as this will expedite the process once everything is sorted. Once we are done you will receive an invite from your race lobby host.

Starts will be a rolling start, at 60 MPH, at the beginning of Lap 2.

No pit stops in this race since there are no pits!

Restarts may occur if a driver lags out on the first lap, or 3 or more drivers are involved in the same incident in the first lap. Number of restarts are limited to 3.

At the end of the race each lobby host will post the results of his lobby, along with the fastest lap.

Great racing in lobby 2, held pole position until Neo, Boss and myself got together in the first set of turns on lap 15 - 16. Still had tons of fun, look forward to next week to get my mojo back. I think the no pit stop had an affect on my performance, fingers were getting numb when we all got together. LOL Aging sucks!!!

Points are updated! Team Foyt takes the early lead.

Intense race trying to avoid mistakes. No place to pass so I sat chasing the red and blue stripes on the back of JaxEquipt's car while he stared at Onabreak's car. The only significant error by Jax dragged me off like a lemming so lost my opportunity. Three times I locked up the brakes going into turn 1 and fortunately managed to avert disaster. I was happy to get into the 11's which was a goal but no way to move up the field without help... and they weren't giving any.

Yea Viper, very difficult track to find any passing lanes. Started 3rd on the grid and was running close behind in 3rd until I unfortunately got shunted from behind on the 5th corner, which then put me in last place. kept pushing and managed 4th, so not too bad.

Great little car and a brilliant new concept series....awesome work FMC !!!

To my team schuey teammates, I apologize for missing he race. Lost track of time. I'll be in for the next two I believe!

Thanks Asteroid, the series idea will work best if everyone would show up. Unfortunately, some teams will suffer in the points due to no shows of their team mates. It is just a fact we will have to live with.
