GLR Viper58 has it and had some issues using it while racing. Not sure how it finally worked out for him.

I have the Kinect, but have not gone down that road just yet. Still arguing with myself on if I want to or not. I know definitely I will eventually to get the achievement, since I'm an achievement whore.
But I am really curious much like yourself to know if someone has tried it, and how it turned out. So peeps that have do share!

I don't have a kinect and probably won't get one, simply don"t have the room required to use one effectively.

This vid shows it working with a wheel. Looks like it may work to some degree. Viper told you do have be careful with it, like when you scratch your head for example!

It works but not as well as I suspected. I couldn't see as far over as I could using the controller's right stick. I personally am leaving it off.

I think the idea is to just give you a little left and right view. Here's the vid

I've turned it off. It does work though not as well as I would like to be useful. It would be nice if there was a movement that could uniquely allow you to look left or right (without actually looking away from the screen) but there isn't. It does track left and right but only mildly (a degree that usually you would do with your eyes and not head. It is subtle that you could leave it on and you can get some use and benefit out of it. However, as mikem alluded to... if you bring your hand up to your head to say scratch your ear or something... the screen suddenly shifts and you feel like you are driving obliquely until you put your hand down. THAT is very distracting to me so i eventually turned it off.
Re: Who Try headtracking Kinect ?
Ik tried it, and found it terrible to play with...
You need to turn your head to much to make it work properly.
When you play with one screen setup, you turn your head and need to look from the corner of your eyes back to the screen...
Should work better with a multiple screen setup, also it looks like there's a little delay in the movement...
