Not again!

Well my xbox 360 has died for the third time, no luck in trying to repair it again, graphics card is toast. I think I will be making my move to the PS3 and picking up GT5, if any of you are over there let me know.

No man....don't bail on us. PS3 sucks, it has no comparison to the 360 and no sim close to Forza, don't waste your time. Hope you reconsider. We will be here when you return!

GT 5, haha, dude, when/ if it ever comes out it will be hopelessly outdated. I'm not saying that Forza 3 is any good (compared to Forza 2 it's crap, so far we have counted 3 improvements and 34 things gone backwards) but hè GT 5 man, i wouldn't. By the way, i've also gone thru 3 xbox's. Frustration is part off the game experience they say. Haha. L8er

Only 3?? I am on my 5th or 6th, by now, I'm hoping my Elite will last longer than the others but I still bought an extended warranty @ Best Buy for it, because I don't trust it will last too much longer.

Yea I know.. I try to like GT5, but the more I look at it, the more I realize what all it's missing from Forza.. I wish Microsoft would support the bloody G25 Wheel on the 360, if so i'd love Forza with a passion. Oh and this is my 3rd failure for this Xbox 360, i've owned 5 or 6 to date which have all died over time, lol. I'm considering picking up another 360 this weekend, I need to feed my forza addiction.. until then i'll be playing Race On and GTR2.

I played gran turismo 4 and compared to forza, its bullshit. No car classes (yeah race 90% of all events with the best car), unrealistic (still no damage! lmao), bad tuning, and much more. Microsoft only did shit with the old xboxes (2005-2006) because their mainboards are very bad. Send your xbox to microsoft to repair, they will insert a jasper board which is nearly undestroyable.

ps: wtf are you all doing with your xboxes? I still have my first one since christmas 2006, okay I will buy a new 1 soon because its almost done but I dont have more than 5 LOL

I am only on my 2nd xbox(arcade version) since Nov 2007, and I have been a racing mofo. Plus my son and his friends play COD all the time too.

yeah on my 5th console,this is my first elite,so fingers crossed it stays with me.
i would not consider moving back to sony unless they upped their console immeasurably.
ive lived with the 360's faults and i have forgiven it.

I have a ps3, back in december they released a GT5 time trial challenge, it sucked, forza 3 lookes better and plays way way better, after all the years its been in development sony (polyphony)still has alot of catching up to do.

Ok so I got another Xbox 360 but i've been having a hard time actually picking up the 360 controller.. I bit the bullet and bought a PS3 + Logitech G27 with GT5 Prologue.. I must say, wow.. I love the feeling, can finally drive the cars like I want too and it fights me when hitting those high speed turns. Ranked 300ish for a world wide trial race, just need to shave off about 3 secs to hit the lap record.

I made a video off my phone, not great quality, still need to pick up a high def video capture card for the computer some day.

im on my 2nd xbox since 2008 (knock on wood). the first one got replaced after the video card took a crap. i hope to god the one i have now doesnt take a crap anytime soon. if it does, you wont see me online for awhile.

I know that feeling, it's just a gut feeling I have with the 360's now. It's all good though, love the games.

I just did another video on GT5 with my wheel, i recorded a 2nd video watching the pedals and threw the 2 videos together.
(After a minute or so the 2 videos get off sync, then re-sync, i lost some frames while recording which caused the off sync issue, sorry.)
